Job Summary
An aerospace and defense technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Staff Level Software Development Scrum Master.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Support and enforce the Agile methodology and SAFe framework used by project team
- Lead Agile development teams in delivery of business critical, enterprise software development projects
- Organize and facilitate project planning, daily stand up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 14+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret level security clearance or higher
- Must be a US Citizen
- Experience in Software Development, Integration, or other IT related projects
- Experience in communicating with various levels of leaderships
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
