Job Summary
A financial solutions company is seeking a Remote Staff Success Coach.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing programs and curricula for the new hires of the organization for orientation and in-job training
- Ensuring all new hires are successfully onboarded and are equipped with the necessary skills to succeed
- Conducting surveys to gauge the effectiveness of training
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Prior experience as a trainer, teacher, or a similar position
- BS/MS in accounting
- Effective communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills to inspire and engage staff
- Knowledge of Quickbooks Online and Xero
- Experience using Office & Google Suite (Docs, Sheets)
