Job Summary

An e-commerce marketplace hosting company has a current position open for a Remote Staff User Experience Researcher.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Developing and delivering clear and actionable data-driven insights, narratives, artifacts
• Conducting generative and evaluative research across Faire products in collaboration with product teams
• Effectively socializing insights and opportunities to inform strategic and product decisions

Qualifications for this position include:

• 6+ years of experience researching digital products
• 3+ years of experience as an embedded researcher with a growth stage compan
• Have a breadth of knowledge about UX research, from methods to effective storytelling
• Great communication skills
• Have an advanced degree in a field related to UX research (e.g. HCI, Psychology, Sociology, etc.) or an equivalent
