Job Summary

A staffing and recruiting agency is in need of a Remote Staffing and Recruiting Data Entry Operator 1.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

Processing approximately 75-100 ID requests per month for new employees and transfers within Service Operations
Emailing completed spreadsheet to hiring manager, trainer, PC coordinator
Escalating issues or failures to the Specialist or Lead in order to troubleshoot and/or escalate

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

High school diploma
Basic understanding and proficiency of Microsoft - Word, Excel, Outlook and Cisco WebEx Teams
Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-tasked, goal oriented, team environment
Ability to email completed spreadsheet to hiring manager, trainer, PC coordinator
Ability to ensure all processing and inquiries are handled efficiently within established time frames
