A technology company has a current position open for a Remote Stock Administrator.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Documenting and owning internal processes around equity
- Administering employee grants
- Assisting with stock based compensation reporting
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Have operated as sole equity administrator at a public company
- At least 7 years of experience
- Have completed at least one comparable systems migration in the past
