Job Summary
A health Insurance provider is in need of a Remote Stock Administrator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage 10B-5 plans as required
- Manage ongoing and annual IRS and SEC filings
- Reconcile shares related to stock plan transactions
Qualifications for this position include:
- Experience with on-line equity platforms required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- Understanding of accounting and tax standards relating to equity compensation required
- Proficient Excel skills required
