Job Summary

A software development company is seeking a Remote Stock Plan Administrator.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Administering equity incentive and ESPP plans
  • Supporting timely financial, human resources, and legal reporting
  • Ensuring new grants are communicated to participants

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 5+ years of administrative and project experience
  • Experience with Shareworks and other equity management platforms
  • Experience helping a company through the IPO process
  • Experience with U.S. federal and state taxation relating to equity compensation
  • Proficient in Microsoft operating systems and applications; Advanced in Excel
  • Strong understanding of public company stock ownership and the full cycle of equity transaction
