Job Summary

A software developer of machine learning products is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Strategic Accounts Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Managing a named account list within the regional territory of which you reside
  • Leading the account planning, strategy development, and execution for both new business and expansion opportunities
  • Serving as a trusted advisor to our customers, educating them on the contact center space, industry-specific adoption of AI and ML technologies, and overall methods of optimization for their business

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Ability to travel when necessary
  • BA/BS degree
  • A minimum of 8-10+ years of strategic selling eperience, within the enterprise software / SaaS space
  • A deep understanding of how to effectively sell to Fortune 500 companies
  • Experience leading complex solutions-based sales cycles from opportunity identification through evaluation, contracts, deployment and adoption
  • A strong comfort level working with all levels of an organization, including C-suite
