Job Summary
An enterprise software company has a current position open for a Remote Strategic Cloud and Data Center Loyalty Advocate.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Drive collaboration and engagement scope with internal stakeholders
- Advocate for the customer’s interests
- Lead renewal and expansions from start to finish
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5+ years experience in account management, software renewals, customer success or similar
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals
- Ability to establish rapport and build relationships and trust over the phone and on video
- Experience managing customer engagements with Enterprise-level customers
- Experience managing an end-to-end sales cycle
