Job Summary
A software development company is in need of a Remote Strategic Customer Success Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing, executing, and maintaining strategic account plans
- Identifying risk and maintaining a strong customer renewal rate and growth rate
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 8+ years of Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting experience
- Extensive experience working with enterprise customers with complex groups of stakeholders
- Knowledge of Account Based Marketing and related B2B revenue strategies
