A behavioral healthcare company is seeking a Remote Strategic Finance Lead.
Must be able to:
- Own the financial model and forecasting to drive better allocation decisions
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting
- Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3-5+ years of work in investment banking, private equity, and/or startup experience
- Excellent in financial modeling, and knowledgeable of foundational accounting principles
- Deeply insightful, able to distill trends from data into actionable takeaways
- High velocity self starter, able to manage ambiguity and multiple tasks against deadlines
