Qualifications for this position include:
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Solutions Architect team
- Previous fraud, payments, fintech, or AML/KYC experience
- Understand how customers would integrate API
- Analytical skills are second to none; you excel at number crunching and drawing insights
- Capable of translating complex strategies into actionable processes and outcomes
- A natural at building relationships and collaborating with others
