Job Summary

A cloud communications company has a current position open for a Remote Strategic Growth Sales Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Lead a team of first line managers
  • Bring strategic vision and innovative approach to expand the Strategic Growth sales teams
  • Build sales process and design and create efficient programs that deliver high rep productively

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Lead strategic prospect and customer meetings
  • 8+ years of technical solutions selling experience with a focus on account expansion
  • 3+ years in sales leadership and 1+ years managing sales managers
  • A bachelor’s degree and prior work related experience or equivalent
  • A solid understanding of selling cloud, API’s, communications, PaaS or related
  • Experience in defining goals and processes that drive incremental revenue results
