Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Contributing to or leading the delivery of talent strategies
- Supporting talent strategies and recommend action plans
- Utilizing evidence-based communication/storytelling to influence complex talent strategies
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 7 or more years of related experience
- Strong business acumen with talent/people lens
- Foundational understanding of the employee lifecycle and HR system
- Foundational ability for creative problem solving
- Ability to influence up, down, and across
