Job Summary
An education company that provides online courses is seeking a Remote Strategic Operations Associate in San Francisco.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Evaluate strategic decisions and opportunities to optimize operations
- Plan, scope, and execute 3-5 key cross-functional projects across supply & demand teams
- Prioritize key initiatives to drive an increase in our instructor base and student retention
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- B.A. or B.S. ideally in Business/Economics or a related field
- 3-5+ years of experience in strong business analyst/operations roles
- Experience in managing large cross functional projects from start to finish
- Focused on hitting weekly and monthly targets with demonstrated track record
- Self-driven to manage your own work and results with high standards
- Ability to effectively convey critical information and influence decision making at all levels of organization
