A technology company has a current position open for a Remote Strategic Technical Accounts Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Participating in the creation of work standards and products

- Driving SLA compliance
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Technical degree and/or equivalent work experience
- Strong preference of 10 years relevant service delivery work experience
- Strong preference of 5 years experience in a technology and services management capacity
- In depth knowledge and experience related to the enterprise technology architecture
- Demonstrated experience in working in teams, matrix organizations, and across functions
- Previous managerial experience must include sales, technology, and/or healthcare
