Job Summary

A non-profit organization has an open position for a Remote Strategy and Operations Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Creating assessment framework for new initiatives
• Screening new initiatives within assessment framework
• Utilizing assessment framework to allocate time/resources for current programs

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s or greater degree in non-profit management or related field or commensurate work experience
• Demonstrable track record in organizational management of non-profit organizations
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work closely with Founder/Executive Director
• Highly organized self-starter
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Office and computer proficiency, working with limited support
