Job Summary
A health insurance company has a current position open for a Remote Strategy and Optimization Process Design Engineer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Document, map and analyze current-state processes and identify ways to reduce waste
- Validate and track if the department action plan adequately addresses the situation and have successful results
- Review objective compared to actual results and facilitate lessons learned
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3+ years in a process engineering, continuous improvement, lean six sigma, operational excellence or equivalent
- Experience identifying systemic issues in both software and people systems
- 3+ years experience in health care
- Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt or higher
- Process Mapping Software such as Visio or Figma
