A non-profit contemporary music and performing arts college has an open position for a Remote Student Employment Coordinator.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Supporting frontline student employment questions
- Assisting student employees (potential and current) to understand hiring process
- Assisting Student Employment team to process offers
Qualifications for this position include:
- Undergraduate degree
- 1-3 years administrative experience
- Strong technology skills, ability to quickly learn new software programs
- Working knowledge of Workday, FileMaker, and Google Suite
- Understanding of standard budgetary procedures
- Ability to generate, receive and maintain confidential and sensitive files
