Job Summary
A student loan servicing company is in need of a Remote Student Loan Servicing Integration Specialist I.
Must be able to:
- Elicit integration details from customers and stakeholders to better understand implementation
- Identify integration gaps and pursue equitable resolutions
- Work directly with internal and external technical resources and resolve middleware (connector) related issues
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of experience with NBS products or similar position at another company
- Technical and detail-oriented
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure
- Good time management skills to plan and organize own work
