Job Summary

An eLearning solution is in need of a Remote Student Payment Collections Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Monitor aged accounts receivables and identify overdue accounts
• Collect delinquent accounts in accordance with collection policies
• Provide financial counseling to students pertaining to their monthly financial obligation

Qualifications Include:

• High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Minimum of 6 years of collection experience, required
• Broad knowledge of collection policies and procedures and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office Applications
• Excellent negotiation skills
