Job Summary
A university is filling a position for a Remote Student Services Advisor.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing outreach, information and ongoing support to drop/terminated students on the benefits of returning to complete their educational goals
- Ensuring that re-enter students are intentionally supported through to graduation with a specific re-enter retention pla
- Providing support to other highest-risk students
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Associate's Degree and 2 years of successful sales or related work experience required
- Maintain the knowledge, skill and/or ability required along withe xperience in an outbound call center environment is preferred
- Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
