Job Summary
A parent company of three higher learning institutions is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Student Services Advisor in San Jose.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Contact students regularly and proactively through meetings, phone, text and email
- Provide support through tools, resources, services, encouragement, and positive reinforcement
- Ensure smooth transition into the program and throughout the lifecycle of student
Qualifications Include:
- Strong written and oral communication and customer interaction skills to support all students and staff
- Strong computer skills and comfort with technology
- Adaptive to change and able to learn new skills quickly
