A training courses provider is in need of a Remote Student Services Representative in Chicago.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting and supporting prospective students through the purchase process
• Handling all incoming service-related inquiries
• Documenting all interactions in CRM system

Qualifications Include:

• PC skills in Microsoft Office, Internet applications and database software
• Bachelor's degree required
• Outstanding customer service skills with 1+ years of customer service or related experience required
• Strong verbal and writing skills
