Job Summary

An education company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Student Services Supervisor.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Prepare and lead regular 1:1 meetings with members from the Student Services team
  • Regularly review quality assurance data
  • Complete productivity monitoring

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Experience supervising teams virtually
  • Experience supervising a large team
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years in a supervisor role
  • Customer service experience
  • Prior experience managing an inbound phone queue
