An e-learning company has a current position open for a Remote Student Success Advisor in Orlando.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Identifying, documenting and troubleshooting at-risk issues
- Utilizing an engagement plan that involves a variety of contact strategies
- Acting as the student's personal coach throughout their program of study
Qualifications for this position include:
- At least one year of experience in a student focused role
- Minimum of an Associate degree
- Ability to understand the needs and challenges faced by adult learners
- Strong interpersonal, problem solving, and customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively through multiple channels and across departments in both written and oral forms
- Genuine interest and commitment to helping students achieve their goals
