Job Summary
A higher education company is filling a position for a Remote Student Success Assistant Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of Student Advisors
- Handle escalated customer calls.
- Develop and implement training and evaluation tools for the team
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from a 4-year institution
- Ability to communicate with a diverse range of individuals
- Experience as a sales manager or call center team leader
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask with frequent interruptions
