Job Summary

A non-profit educational support organization is seeking a Remote Student Success Coach.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Establishing and maintaining relationships with prospective students
• Conducting virtual information sessions
• Recruiting students who would be a good fit for the pilot cohorts

Qualifications Include:

• 2+ years experience working with first-generation and/or low-income students
• Experience building safe and trusting connections with 16 - 24 year old students
• Proficiency using online technologies
• Experience communicating complex processes and information virtually
• Expertise at making content accessible, relevant, and actionable
• Subject matter expertise in collegiate first year experience
