An education company is seeking a Remote Student Support Advisor.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Overseeing the onboarding process for assigned students
- Moderating homeroom activities
- Providing a response to students who reach out for support
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 25% travel
- Two (2) years of college and Two (2) years of experience in education or equivalent combination
- Licensure if required by state
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Web proficiency
- Ability to pass required background check
