Job Summary

An education company is in need of a Remote Student Support Advisor.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Serving as a point of contact for all non-instructional issues
  • Providing a reactive response to students who reach out for support
  • Assisting students in creating plans to Student Support plans

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Ability to travel 25% of the time
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • 2 years of college 2 years of experience in education or equivalent
