Job Summary
An education company is in need of a Remote Student Support Advisor.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Serving as a point of contact for all non-instructional issues
- Providing a reactive response to students who reach out for support
- Assisting students in creating plans to Student Support plans
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to travel 25% of the time
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- 2 years of college 2 years of experience in education or equivalent
