Job Summary

An institute for higher education is in need of a Remote Student Support Agent.

Maintain acceptable service level minimums
Support students via multiple modes of communication
Determine when to escalate issues to management

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

High School Diploma with up to two years of relevant work experience, or equivalent

Ability to work effectively with students and staff
Ability to quickly learn new instructional technology tools and applications
Ability to effectively research accrediting body recertification requirements
