Job Summary
A coach training company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Student Support Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Updating and maintaining student records
- Interacting daily with students and graduates worldwide, either by telephone or email, to provide and process information
- Communicating and coordinating with internal departments
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- iPEC CPC required
- Substantial experience demonstrating excellence in customer service
- Proven capabilities in managing multiple priorities, demonstrating agility, and ability to be detail-oriented
- Ability to work remotely in a quiet, distraction-free environment
- Excellent relationship building capabilities coupled with proven oral and written communication skills
