Job Summary

A manufacturer of photo booths and supporting software is filling a position for a Remote Success Champion.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Help our photobooth owners succeed with their photobooths and our other products.
  • Increase software adoption rate.
  • Educate your team members about products, while independently keeping your own technical know-how up to date

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Ability to work weekends within any time frame of 12PM - 12AM Pacific Time
  • Ability to demonstrate empathy through verbal and written responses
  • Ability to lead customers towards the right products
  • Ability to upsell
  • Ability to help schedule a call with our sales team
