Job Summary

A technology company has a current position open for a Remote Support Agent.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Customer support for software via phone and email
  • Technical assistance with 3rd party gates
  • Data entry projects

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • One year minimum on the phone customer service experience
  • Ability to work independently and be detail oriented
  • Familiarity with G Suites (i.e. Google Docs, Google Sheets, Gmail etc.)
  • Ability to communicate both verbally, and nonverbally (i.e. phone, email, and in-person)
