Job Summary
A technology company has a current position open for a Remote Support Agent.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Customer support for software via phone and email
- Technical assistance with 3rd party gates
- Data entry projects
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- One year minimum on the phone customer service experience
- Ability to work independently and be detail oriented
- Familiarity with G Suites (i.e. Google Docs, Google Sheets, Gmail etc.)
- Ability to communicate both verbally, and nonverbally (i.e. phone, email, and in-person)
