Job Summary

An insurance and financial services company is filling a position for a Remote Support Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Supporting the development, administrative and operational capabilities of the DevOps service catalog
  • Troubleshooting, diagnosing and driving solutions to resolve complex operational issues across the services
  • Identifying new and creative ways where the team can automate wherever possible

Qualifications Include:

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with clients at varying levels
  • Able to work as a team player
  • Task management, prioritization skills
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and develop
  • A keenness to develop and learn new software and processes
