An online fashion marketplace is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Support Community Associate in Redwood City.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Provide front line customer support to our growing Community
- Triage and respond to high volumes of time sensitive customer inquiries--related to orders, their account, and provide detailed product education
- Respond to users in a timely, friendly, and professional manner
