Job Summary

A GPU-accelerated analytics company is filling a position for a Remote Support Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Obtaining a deep understanding of technology and being willing to learn new technologies as needed
  • Articulating value proposition to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Engaging with prospects and clients in a way that leaves them feeling appreciated and valued

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience as a solutions architect or advanced support role
  • Strong working knowledge of SQL for query optimization and data model design
  • Hands-on experience with Linux file system
  • Familiarity and experience with common BI and data exploration tools
  • Understanding of complete data analytics stack and workflow, from ETL to BI and analytics tools
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
