A company that delivers cutting edge web, mobile, and geospatial solutions is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Support Engineer.

Must be able to:

  • Support Engineer, experienced in customer support / solutions engineering
  • Resolve customer issues in production environments

Required Skills:

  • JavaScript and Node.js experience
  • Database familiarity
  • Experience working with customer support tools such as ZenDesk, Freshdesk, etc
  • Ability to muti-task effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
