Job Summary
A camping booking company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Support Program Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Boosting productivity of both our in-house and external vendor partner teams
- Lowering the contact rate by investing in our help center content
- Identifying areas where additional training or process improvements are required
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Expert in using Zendesk
- Strong data skills
- Metrics skills (customer satisfaction, contact rate, SLA achievement rate, etc)
- You’ve run successful QA programs to boost CSAT and productivity
- You have created high performing content for FAQs
- Familiar with writing project briefs and creating Gantt charts
