Job Summary

A marketing company has a current position open for a Remote Support Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Helping Area Directors develop their skills while building a one-on-one relationship with them
  • Training Area Directors in our processes and procedures via phone
  • Responding to a steady stream of questions, concerns, complaints, and everything in between

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Be a quick learner with a desire to grow
  • Not be afraid to make decisions based on your knowledge and training
  • Exhibit all-star communication skills both over the phone and in email
  • Know the ins and outs of Microsoft Office products and Google Workspace (formerly G Suite)
