Job Summary

A supplier of technology for the hospitality business is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Support Services Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Answering phones, addressing merchant issues and creating Connectwise CRM Support Tickets
  • Routing tickets and calls to the appropriate persons
  • Performing point-of-sale data entry tasks and hardware swaps

Qualifications for this position include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with MICROS or other hospitality point-of-sale systems
  • 1 year experience in customer service
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Suite software programs
