A manufacturing company has an open position for a Remote Support Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Responding to control system alarms and customer requests
- Preparing professional documents to describe findings
- Using data and trends available through Building Automation Systems
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establishes facts, and draw valid conclusions
- A two-year degree in an applicable field or a Technical School Certificate and 5 years of experienc
- Valid driver's license required
