Job Summary
A rideshare program is in need of a Remote Support Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Closely monitoring live rides and providing any needed support
- Resolving any issues that may come up during a ride
- Being able to recognize and resolve problems before they arise
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Experience in customer service
- Master of multitasking
- Can stay calm and organized in chaos
- Excellent people skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, Google Docs, and Kustomer is a plus
- Experience working remotely is also a plus
