Job Summary

A rideshare program is in need of a Remote Support Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Closely monitoring live rides and providing any needed support
  • Resolving any issues that may come up during a ride
  • Being able to recognize and resolve problems before they arise

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service
  • Master of multitasking
  • Can stay calm and organized in chaos
  • Excellent people skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, Google Docs, and Kustomer is a plus
  • Experience working remotely is also a plus
