Job Summary

A cloud-based software and technology developer is seeking a Remote Support Technical Analyst 3.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Delivering post-sales support and solutions to the Oracle customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs
  • Resolving post-sales non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic means
  • Acting as the technical interface to customers, Original Equipment Manufacturers & Value-Added Resellers for resolution of problems

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Hands-on experience in OIM (Oracle Identity Management) server, OIM Connector, App Server(Weblogic, JBoss), DB, Java & J2ee
  • Hands-on experience in any Identity Management product such as OAM/OAAM/OID/OUD
  • Experience in non-Oracle IAM solutions
