An IT company has a current position open for a Remote Support Technician in Lockport.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Crushing almost every ticket that comes across your desk
• Handling the occasional emergency tickets with a frazzled client
• Demonstrating that you can do more than the average tech

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• An experienced IT professional, PCs, laptops, servers, routers
• 4-7 years of experience in an MSP or corporate environment
