A software company has an open position for a Remote System Administrator.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Ensuring KPIs and SLAs are maintained
  • Providing IT support of branch operations

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Remote until Covid-19 restrictions
  • Extensive knowledge of automated systems
  • Experience of at least 10 years in information technology and service management
  • University degree in a technical field or Computer Science or Computer Engineering or any related discipline
  • Strong knowledge of contracting, negotiation, organization development, change management, technology trends
  • Should understand the ITIL methodology very well
