Job Summary

A company that provides business support systems software and services is seeking a Remote System Administrator II in Omaha.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Providing assistance with problem diagnosis
• Resolving 90% of issues before escalating to the next tier level of support
• Creating and following work plans

Position Requirements Include:

• Associates or Bachelor in Computer Science/IT/or a related subject or equivalent related experience
• 3+ years’ of system administration designing/deploying/supporting/maintaining Windows 2012/2016/2019
• 3+ years’ working on Windows projects and part of a project team in a follow the sun global support model
• Familiarity with Windows, Windows Server, UNIX/Linux operating systems
• Familiarity with ITIL, AGILE and monitoring methodologies
• Familiarity with network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, LDAP, UDP and NTP
