• Supporting multiple highly complex or critical business processes
• Documenting complex technical topics and processes into formats used by nontechnical audience
• Ensuring completeness of technical requirements and functional architecture analysis

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• 4-5 years of work experience in Systems Analysis
• Security Certifications
• 2-3 years of experience in technical writing
• Knowledge of PCI, ISO 27001, SOC 2 and SOC 1 etc
• Knowledge of CI/CD, Agile, API documentation, Lucidchart, Confluence, JIRA, Git, markdown, AWS
