Job Summary
A benefits management company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Systems Analyst in Madison.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Implementing, testing, and maintaining relevant claims process flows, document processes and configurations
- Identifying areas of concern and improvement opportunities in current Claims Adjudication and Information Systems workflows
- Delivering and maintaining documentation of processes, and integration flows
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Analytical thinking and problem solving
- Facilitation, written and oral communication skills
- Ability to bridge the gap between Business and IT
- Being able to run meetings with various stakeholders, including senior management and customers
