Job Summary

A research university is filling a position for a Remote Systems and Data Architect in Tempe.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Manage work with third-party software providers and independently make decisions to resolve user problems
• Provide excellent customer service to staff for issues related to software applications
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with teammates, external contractors, and vendors

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Occasional travel may be required for site visits, meetings, trainings and/or conferences
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience in a technical capacity or function such as DevOps, Data Engineering or Software Development
• Experience or strong interest in K-12 public education
• Experience working in dynamic, high-performing environments
• Experience in business applications and customer service
